For breakfast this morning I made “Empty Tomb Rolls”. They are super easy. We got pre-made whole wheat dough at Trader Joe’s and marshmallows at Fred Meyer (because, would you believe it, TJ’s doesn’t carry ‘mallows).
To make these little guys you get a bowl of melted butter, and a bowl of cinnamon and sugar in which to dip the ‘mallows in. Once you’ve covered your marshmallow in butter and sugar (yum) you wrap it in some dough. I dumped the extra butter and sugar mixture on top of them and put them in the oven at 400 degrees F for 15 min.
And when they come out, they are empty! Allelujah!
