It’s been awhile…
I haven’t been able to sit down and think enough to post anything for a while. But, on the upside, I’m all moved into a new apartment! (Though I haven’t quite been able to ditch the old one, despite all my efforts) We spent all of Saturday moving and then half of Sunday and after all that, when you look at the new apartment, it seems pretty much empty. It’s amazing how much smaller all of my things look in a bigger space. It’s like Barbie furniture.
Gladys moved in with me too. Official roommates. Not quite sure if she likes it yet but the countertops are much easier to jump on here and the window sills are much wider; better for napping…
On the wedding-planning side of things, invites should be ready to go to the printers soon… well, half of them. And during the move we were able to get all the wedding odds and ends somewhat organized and at least in the same location, which makes things a little easier. Still lots to do. And phone calls to make, which is my least favorite part of anything. And now my top priority is locating my phone charger.
So now that moving is over, and invites are on the up and up, and Chris’ car should be fixed today… we might be able to move forward on everything else.
I want to put a photo in here, but I haven’t taken any. I plan on it, but don’t hold your breath.
